Stomp House
After another busy morning at science school we decided to watch the IMAX show Pulse. WOW! Emphasizing that rhythm is an universal language, the film guides you throughout the world on the beat of a drum. From the tribes in Africa and bells of England, to the parades in India and stomping on a Manhattan rooftop, man stays on a continuous beat.
Unlike other IMAX shows, Pulse has very little narration. The 45 minutes flew by as viewers of all ages moved one body part or another to the music. My boys loved it and would even enjoy it a second time. If you do escape this summer heat to go see Pulse, just be prepared for some wacky dancing from your kids (or even yourself) after the show!
