There Ain't No Bugs On Me

Another quick escape to the life of no internet, stomping on spiders, s'mores, and star counting. Enough time to relax, forget about work and errands, and catch a sunburn but to put one behind on laundry, e-mail, and yard work! We scored this jeep from our neighbors whose children have out grown it. The boys are in love and enjoy the freedom of driving about without a 'big person' around.



Our last night as we were enjoying the sunset waiting for the stars to emerge, we were playing with some glow sticks. One conversation led to another and I asked the boys their favorite song. Big replied "Do-re-mi." Little said "You are My Sunshine" and "Rainbow Bug." Daddy nor I could figure out the latter of the 2. Finally I asked him to sing it thinking they must have learned it during preschool and he proceeded.."the rainbow bugs on me, the rainbow bugs on me, the rainbow bugs on some of you mugs, and the rainbow bugs on me." That one is truly PRICELESS!!
